Qin Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage was established in Sep 2016 by Qin Dan who has been a real estate agent for 5 fives in Canada. Now Qin is the broker of Record for Qin Real Estate.

As a new immigrant, Qin Dan moved to live in Canada in June 2011 from China. She used to be a qualified accountant working in Shanghai China, While she gained lots of idea about real estate by working for those real estate developers and investing groups, especially from a big picture consisting of numbers. Those experience raised up her interest in working in real estate area. When she faced such a big change like immigration to another city in another country Qin decided to have some big career change. To enter the real estate market of Canada she started as a mortgage agent in June 2011 and then a real estate agent by gaining the license from Oct 2012. Now she has been an experienced real estate for 5 years. When time is ready Qin opened her own brokerage on Sep 2016 ！

The new brokerage allows Qin Real Estate be both members of TREB and LSTAR, so Qin will keep her business in London Ontario where she has gained for prior years and also start her expansion in GTA.
